With a new itSMF Board meeting as we speak, perhaps it is salient to review what we got in 2009 as members of itSMF and ISACA, two similar-sized organisations with supposedly similar functions and similar annual membership fees. Veja o que ele diz: " pay premium over the average IT base salary". Será que as certificaçòes que vc citou possibilitam um "premium" para quem as obtem? obs:exceção fica para o MCSE que de alguma forma ele cita na apresentação.

Senti falta de algumas certificações, como por exemplo ITIL, PMBOK, LPI, MCSE. Será que a realidade das certificações no Brasil está no mesmo contexto da pesquisa?
